Water Turbine Greases

Aquagrease-N 1

Aquagrease-N 1 is a non-water-hazardous, biodegradable sliding and roller bearing grease, which is mainly used for water turbines. Due to its good pumpability it is well suited for central lubrication systems and can be used at temperatures between -25 °C and +180 °C. 

Aquagrease-N 1 is a NLGI 1 grease and is classified as non-water hazardous according to AwSV. It can also be used for the lubrication of track bearings and guide vane adjustment as well as for the lubrication of fittings in outdoor areas. The biodegradable lubricating grease is highly loadable.


Aquagrease-N 2

Aquagrease-N 2 is a non-water-hazardous, biodegradable sliding and roller bearing grease, which is mainly used for water turbines. It can be used at temperatures between -25 °C and +180 °C.

Aquagrease-N 2 is a NLGI 2 lubricating grease and is classified as non-water hazardous according to AwSV. It can also be used for the lubrication of track bearings and guide vane adjustment as well as for the lubrication of fittings in outdoor areas.


Aquagrease-240

Aquagrease-240 is a biodegradable sliding and roller bearing grease which is mainly used for water turbines. It can be used at temperatures between -10 °C and +70 °C.

Aquagrease-240 is a NLGI 2 grease and is classified as WGK 1 according to AwSV. It can also be used for the lubrication of track bearings and guide vane adjustment as well as for the lubrication of fittings in outdoor areas. Aquagrease-240 can withstand high loads in many material combinations and ensures wear-free, reliable, low-maintenance operation of the turbines.


Aquagrease-300

Aquagrease-300 is a biodegradable sliding and roller bearing grease which is mainly used for water turbines. Due to its good pumpability it is well suited for central lubrication systems and can be used at temperatures between -10 °C and +70 °C.  

Aquagrease-300 is a NLGI 1 grease and is classified as WGK 1 according to AwSV. It can also be used for the lubrication of track bearings and guide vane adjustment as well as for the lubrication of fittings in outdoor areas. Aquagrease-300 can withstand high loads in many material combinations and ensures wear-free, reliable, low-maintenance operation of the turbines. 

Assembly Paste

FE-12 BG/MW

FE-12 BG/MW is a grey assembly paste for the prevention of seizing and fretting corrosion on fits, screw and wedge connections and on oscillating machine parts. The heavy-duty NLGI 1 grease can also be used for assembling screwed joints subjected to high thermal loads. 


FE-23

FE-23 is an easily biodegradable assembly paste, which consists of over 90 percent renewable raw materials. It can be used to install O-rings and other seals. During the assembly of fits, screw fastenings and machine parts, the environmentally friendly assembly paste prevents seizing and fretting corrosion by building up a stable lubricating film.

The NLGI 2 assembly paste has a dropping point of approximately 75 °C and is classified as a general water hazardous (awg) according to AwSV.


FE-24

FE-24 is a white, heavy-duty assembly paste for the prevention of seizing and fretting corrosion in screw connections with high thermal stress. The lubricating film prevents seizure and fretting corrosion on fits, wedge connections and oscillating machine parts.

The NLGI class is 2. The load capacity of the assembly paste is approx. 130 N/mm2 according to DIN 51347 (Brugger). 


Ultra Therm MTU

The Ultra Therm MTU assembly paste has an excellent thermal and oxidative resistance due to the combination of various solid lubricants and synthetic carrier oils. The assembly paste can be used at temperatures from -35 °C up to +2000 °C. Even at high temperatures Ultra Therm MTU does not resinify or stick.

Ultra Therm MTU is used in the assembly of fits, screw and wedge connections and oscillating machine parts to prevent seizing and fretting corrosion.

At high temperatures, the carrier medium evaporates and a highly effective lubricating film of solid lubricants is formed, which provides optimum protection for the surfaces. The assembly paste has an excellent coefficient of friction and is resistant to acids, alkalis and superheated steam. 

Industrial Grease

AR-1 EP Synthex

AR-1 EP Synthex is a high performance EP and high temperature grease of NLGI class 00. The heavy duty grease provides good corrosion protection and does not attack common sealing materials. The FZG grade (A/16,6/90) is greater than 12 and the load capacity is approx. 105 N/mm2 according to DIN 51347 (Brugger).

AR-1 EP Synthex can be used for the lubrication of heavy duty roller and sliding bearings, for lubricating presses such as screw presses and eccentric presses as well as for the lubrication of spur, bevel and worm gears. The high-performance grease can be used at temperatures between -20 °C and +200 °C. 


AR-2 MW EP Synthex

AR-2 MW EP Synthex is a high performance and high temperature grease of NLGI class 2. The high load bearing grease ensures good corrosion protection. AR-2 MW EP Synthex does not attack common sealing materials. The FZG grade (A/16,6/90) is greater than 12 and the load capacity is approx. 90 N/mm2 according to DIN 51347 (Brugger).

It can be used for the lubrication of heavy-duty slide and roller bearings, for lubricating presses such as screw presses and eccentric presses as well as for the lubrication of spur, bevel and worm gears. The high pressure grease can be used at temperatures between -20 °C and +200 °C.


AR-12

AR-12 is an NLGI 2 grease for highly loaded slide and roller bearings with very good protection against oxidation, corrosion and wear. The grease is suitable for the lifetime lubrication of rolling bearings and can be used to lubricate sliding guides. In addition, AR-12 can be used to seal fittings. 

It is resistant to water and steam as well as to weak alkaline and weak acidic media. The grease can be used in a temperature range from -30 °C to +170 °C.


AR-12 K

AR-12 K is a high temperature grease for spur, bevel and worm gears. The use of an inorganic thickener ensures reliable lubrication even at high temperatures without softening the grease.

AR-12 K has a high thermal and oxidative load capacity. Due to its high pressure properties it can be used in heavily loaded gears as well as roller and sliding bearings and provides effective protection against corrosion. The high temperature grease can be used up to +200 °C.
