AHT 19/110 is a metalworking lubricant for metal cutting and non-cutting forming of aluminium alloys and aluminium sheets. The forming lubricant is used in the hot forming and forging of aluminium alloys and as forming oil for non-ferrous metals.

Alub Eco 140 is an environmentally friendly forming lubricant for cutting and non-cutting aluminium forming. The forming oil is easily biodegradable, free of mineral oils and heavy metals and consists of over 85 percent renewable raw materials.

The biodegradable forming lubricant is used for deep-drawing of aluminium sheets and for metal cutting of aluminium alloys and non-ferrous metals. Alub Eco 140 is used for minimum quantity lubrication.

Rayon-50 TI is a special lubricant for hot forming and isothermal forming of titanium alloys and for superplastic forming of aluminum alloys. The dry film lubricant forms a stable, shear-resistant and highly loadable lubricating film and can be used at temperatures up to 1200 °C.

RZ-10 TTT is a dispersion for cold massive forming of drive shafts, ball joints and bevel gears and can successfully replace processes such as pickling and phosphating of cold pressed parts.

The metalworking lubricant forms a well adhering dry film on the parts, which ensures a good lubrication even over several forming steps. 

Z-26 is a synthetic forming lubricant for non-cutting and cutting metalworking. The metalworking oil forms a very high loadable lubricating film, which does not break off even under high shear stress.

The forming oil is used for thread cutting, drilling, punching and milling. In addition, Z-26 can be used for stainless steel machining, such as for forming stainless steel sheets.

Z-AC-80 is a special lubricant for the most difficult forming operations in deep drawing and extrusion of steel. The metalworking lubricant allows the heaviest forming without phosphating or oxalizing and can also be used for forming ball bearing steel.

Z-AC-80 consists of over 70 percent renewable raw materials and can significantly extend the tool life and improve the surface quality of the workpiece in series production.

ZX-Antichlor-20 is a chlorine and heavy metal free, highly resilient forming oil, which is based on renewable raw materials to more than 80 percent. It is suitable for cutting and non-cutting forming of carbon steel, aluminum and light forming operations of stainless steel.

The metalworking lubricant is used for stretch forming of body panels, deep drawing, high-pressure forming, and for expanding and bending of tubes. The lubricant can also be used for manufacturing car rims or break levers of bicycles.

Z-1041 is a forming lubricant for deep drawing and machining of carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium alloys. The metalworking oil has a low coefficient of friction and a very high lubricating power. 

Ultra Finish Fluid is a synthetic lubricant for cutting and non-cutting metalworking. The metalworking fluid forms a very high loadable lubricating film, which does not break off even under high shear stress. Ultra Finish Fluid can be used for the forming of stainless steel and steel sheets.

Rayon-III-BIT is a water-miscible drawing oil concentrate for cutting and non-cutting forming operations of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, except copper. The water-miscible cooling lubricant forms a highly resilient emulsion and is also used for alloys that are difficult to machine. 

Rayon-5 is a heavy-duty, water-miscible cooling lubricant for cutting and non-cutting metalworking of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, except copper. The cooling lubricant forms a stable emulsion and is also used for alloys that are difficult to machine. 

M-1 is a biodegradable minimum quantity lubricant for cutting forming operations of aluminium alloys and non-ferrous metals. The environmentally friendly forming lubricant can be used for deep drawing and non-cutting forming operations of thin aluminium sheets. The lubricant is also used to expand and bend aluminum tubes.

The forming oil is free of mineral oils and heavy metals and consists of over 70 percent renewable raw materials.

M-5 is a drawing and cutting oil for aluminum forming operations. The forming lubricant can be used for deep drawing of aluminium alloys and soft steels. Due to its special formulation, the cutting oil is also used in cuttung forming operations of aluminum alloys. 

The lubricant can be used for minimum quantity lubrication and largely evaporates during the metal working process. 

ZVA-4 is a metalworking oil for special processing techniques of aluminium and aluminium alloys. The forming oil can also be used for the forming of thin sheets of carbon steel.

The oil is mainly used for minimum quantity lubrication and evaporates without residue in annealing processes above 180 °C.

VP-114 is a special forming lubricant based on vegetable oils for deep drawing and cutting of unalloyed to light alloyed steels and hard aluminium alloys.

The heavy-duty forming lubricant can be used for minimum quantity lubrication and offers excellent wetting and sprayability. The minimum quantity lubricant consists of about 90 percent renewable raw materials.
